A seasoned retail and asset protection executive, Mothershed brings a deep understanding of customer needs, a wealth of industry knowledge, and decades of experience shaping operational, loss prevention, and security strategies across large, complex retail environments. Known for his consultative approach, he has built long-standing relationships throughout the retail community and is widely recognized for connecting customer challenges with practical, impactful solutions.

In his new role, Mothershed will lead GSS’s Business Development Team and oversee sales and support efforts across the US and Canada, with a focus on expanding customer partnerships, advancing technology-driven solutions, and developing new revenue opportunities across both retail and commercial sectors. Before joining ProTrans as Senior Director of Loss Prevention and Business Continuity, Brigham spent two years at CarParts.com as Director of Safety (EHS) and Security. He previously held leadership roles at Party City, serving as Director and Senior Manager of AP and Safety. Earlier in his career, Brigham built deep retail experience with Michaels, Home Depot, Walgreens, Best Buy, and Walmart. Congratulations, Brigham, on this next chapter.

Kenny steps into this role with more than two decades of loss prevention and asset protection leadership across some of retail’s most recognized brands. Before joining The Home Depot, he spent over five years as a District Asset Protection Manager with Burlington Stores, where he drove shrink reduction and operational excellence across the Atlanta market. Prior to Burlington, Kenny served as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager for Variety Wholesalers and spent nearly fourteen years with The TJX Companies as a District Loss Prevention Manager. He began his career in the Greater Chicago Area with Old Navy, building the strong investigative and leadership foundation he’s known for today.
