
Fredericksburg Police are searching for Dangelo Arroyo Gil, accused of stabbing a coworker at a McDonald’s.
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. — Police in Virginia are searching for a man accused of stabbing his coworker.
Officers with the Fredericksburg Police Department were called to the McDonald’s on Emancipation Highway on Saturday at 11:50 p.m. for reports of a stabbing. When they arrived, they located an employee suffering from a stab wound.
A preliminary investigation showed that the victim and the suspect got into an argument. The argument escalated into a fight, and the suspect allegedly stabbed the victim in the shoulder. The suspect ran away before police arrived.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and released with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police have since identified the suspect as Dangelo Arroyo Gil, 25, of Stafford. Authorities have not been able to locate Arroyo Gil, but did recover the suspected knife.
Arroyo Gil is described as six-feet tall, weighing 160 pounds, with curly afro-style hair.
