WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. –– Global integrated security solutions provider Security 101 recently announced the promotion of Jamie Vos to vice president, sales and operations, west region, and the additions of Mike Capra as regional sales director, south region, and John May as regional sales director, north region.
In his new role, Vos “will lead sales leadership and operational execution across the company’s western territory, supporting field teams and integrating newly acquired businesses as the company continues to grow,” according to the company announcement.
The appointment is “part of a broader initiative to strengthen regional leadership across Security 101’s footprint,” the announcement says. The company is establishing vice president, sales & operations roles in each of its regions, with searches underway for the two remaining regional positions.
The new structure “reflects several years of expansion driven by organic growth, rising customer demand and strategic acquisitions that have deepened Security 101’s presence in key markets,” according to the company announcement.

“Our growth is exciting, but growth also requires structure, leadership and accountability,” says Greg Daly, CEO of Security 101, in the announcement. “Jamie built and led one of the most respected independent integrators in the Pacific Northwest before joining us and elevating proven leaders like him into national roles is exactly how we intend to grow.
“He brings the experience, credibility and practical understanding of this business to help us scale while staying close to our teams and customers,” he says.
Vos joined Security 101 in 2023 through the company’s acquisition of Security Solutions Northwest of Bellingham, Wash. He entered the industry in 1994 through his family’s business, Bellingham Lock and Safe. From there, he moved through roles spanning locksmithing, electronic security, operations and leadership.
Vos has about 30 years of experience building relationships and advancing the sector and served as president and chairman of the board of the Electronic Security Association (ESA).
