
Police are offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
COLUMBIA, Md. — Police are still searching for the person who shot and wounded a gas station clerk during an attempted robbery in Columbia, MD on Friday. Now, investigators have release surveillance video of the wanted woman. In the video, you can see the woman yelling at the gas station worker before pulling the trigger and leaving.
Howard County Police were called to the Shell gas station in the 7200 block of Cradlerock Way in Columbia for a report of a shooting on Friday just before 8 p.m.
Arriving officers found the gas station employee with gun shot wounds. No one else was hurt. The employee was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center for treatment of serious injuries.
As the investigation continues, detectives have released surveillance video of the shooting, in hopes that someone will recognize the person involved.
