Over the span of his 20-year career with Gatekeeper Systems, Craig has been pivotal in establishing and leading the markets for cart containment and pushout prevention. His efforts have not only positioned the company as a market leader but also driven its sales strategies, refined its go-to-market approach, and elevated the organization to a global leadership position within the retail loss prevention sector.
In his new role, Craig will spearhead the implementation and leadership of comprehensive commercial strategies aimed at expanding market presence, accelerating revenue growth, and achieving the company’s financial goals. He will take charge of the US Sales organization and oversee teams in Canada, the UK, Germany, and Australia, focusing on defining sales strategies, enhancing customer value, determining pricing models, and cultivating long-term customer relationships to boost market penetration and profitability.
Tracine, the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing, will continue to report directly to CEO Robert Harling. Both Tracine and Craig will work in close collaboration to devise integrated marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, enhance brand reputation, and ensure that commercial initiatives are in alignment with marketing efforts to maximize impact and value.
Furthermore, Craig will maintain his role in working closely with all departments within the organization.
