Will has been part of the REI team for more than seven years, joining in 2018 as a Multi-Regional Asset Protection Manager. He most recently served as Senior Asset Protection Manager for Supply Chain before earning his promotion to Director of Asset Protection Field Operations. Prior to REI, Will spent over 17 years with Gap Inc. and Old Navy in multiple leadership roles, including Senior Loss Prevention Manager, Loss Prevention Manager, and Loss Prevention Lead.
