Congratulations to Steve Kang, who has been promoted to Senior Director, Global Retail Standards & Enablement at Arc’teryx Equipment!

Steve Kang has been with Arc’teryx for more than three years, beginning his journey in 2022 as Senior Director, Brand & Asset Protection before advancing to Senior Director, Operational Solutions. In his new role, he will continue driving operational excellence, retail standards, and enablement across Arc’teryx’s global retail network.

Before joining Arc’teryx, Steve Kang built an impressive career leading asset protection, fraud prevention, and operational strategies with organizations including Canadian Tire, lululemon, and West 49 Inc.
