With over 24 years of experience in Retail Asset Protection and Loss Prevention, Shanna brings a powerful blend of strategic thinking, inspirational leadership, and operational excellence to her new role. Her long-standing career at T-Mobile spans more than 14 years, where she held a variety of leadership roles within the Asset Protection organization, including Director, Senior Manager, and Senior Field Manager. She also brings prior LP experience from Kohl’s, where she served as a Loss Prevention Manager.
Known for her inclusive leadership style, Shanna has a strong track record of building cross-functional partnerships, advancing integrity-driven programs, and aligning AP strategies with business priorities to drive results.
