Before being named Director of Security for Lugano Diamonds, Ruben spent more than 16 years with The Home Depot as Senior Organized Retail Crime Investigator. Prior to that, he served for four years as a Police Officer with the Monrovia Police Department. He has also served as an Executive Board Member for SDORCA and Retail Co-Chair for LAAORCA.
