Before joining Ulta Beauty as Director of Loss Prevention, Organized Retail Crime, Rory spent nine years with The Home Depot as Sr. Manager – AP Investigations (4+ years) and Corporate Manager – Organized Retail Crime (nearly 5 years). Prior to that, he spent more than five years with Toys R Us as Market Investigations Manager and Regional Manager of Investigations. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly 14 years with Target.
