Rachael brings over a decade of experience in global security and executive protection, having previously served at Meta as Head of Advance and Logistics and Manager of Global Security Protective Services. Her expertise in safeguarding high-profile individuals and managing complex security operations makes her an invaluable addition to our team.

Beyond her professional achievements, Rachael is a passionate advocate for women in security, founding Femme Force to empower and mentor women pursuing non-traditional career paths. She also serves on the boards of the Junior League of Cleveland and Our Lady of the Elms School, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement and leadership.
