Oscar has been with Ross Stores for more than five years, starting with the company in 2017. Before his promotion to Senior Area Loss Prevention Manager, he served as Area Loss Prevention Manager for the company. Before joining Ross, he held various LP roles with Kohl’s, including District LP Manager, LP Manager, and LP Supervisor. Earlier in his career, he held roles with Rite Aid and Gap Inc.
