Oscar joined ALO in 2024 and has quickly made his mark. After serving as Director of Asset Protection and Safety, he’s now been promoted to Senior Director of Asset Protection and Safety. Before joining ALO, Oscar spent more than seven years with Equinox as a Senior Regional LP Manager and previously held leadership roles with 24 Hour Fitness, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, and JCPenney.
