Jim has been with Universal Studios Hollywood for more than five years, starting with the company in 2017. Before his promotion to Senior Manager, Loss Prevention Operations & Surveillance, he served as Manager Loss Prevention Operations. Prior to that, he spent more than 15 years with Wet Seal as Corporate Manager of Investigations and Regional LP Director (acting). Earlier in his career, he held LP/AP roles with HomeBase and Target.
