James has been an integral part of the Bealls family for over 24 years, beginning his journey with the company in 2000 as a Loss Prevention Manager. Throughout his tenure, he has held various key roles, including Regional Loss Prevention Manager, Loss Prevention Regional Director, and most recently, Loss Prevention Field Director—a position he has excelled in for nearly six years.

Known for his strategic leadership and unwavering commitment to asset protection, James has consistently driven initiatives that enhance store safety and reduce shrink. His proactive approach and dedication to fostering a culture of integrity have made a significant impact across the organization.
