Courtney has been with Ross Stores for more than eight years, starting with the company in 2014 as Manager, Merchandise Protection & LP Operations. Before her March 2022 promotion to Senior Director, LP Operations, she served as Director, LP Operations; Associate Director, LP Operations; and Senior Manager, LP Operations & Initiatives.
