Ash has been with Burlington Stores for nearly a decade, starting with the company in 2013 as a Loss Prevention Supervisor. Before his promotion to Director, Safety and Business Continuity, he served as Regional AP Manager, Senior Manager of Safety, Corporate Risk & Safety Manager, District LP Manager, and Shortage Control Trainer.
