WASHINGTON — A woman is facing charges after police say she stabbed someone during an argument at a Northeast D.C. business last year.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to an unnamed business in the 3800 block of Minnesota Avenue, Northeast, on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025.
When officers arrived, they learned there had been an argument at the business, during which someone had taken out a knife and stabbed another person before leaving.
The victim was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
It is unclear if the person stabbed was an employee or a customer of the business. Police have not released any information regarding the nature of the argument.
On Wednesday, nearly two months after the fight turned stabbing, police arrested 33-year-old Jasmine Armwood, of Southeast, D.C. She has been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (knife).
