RapidFire Safety & Security has acquired Advanced Security Contractors, Inc. (ASC) based in El Paso, Texas.
The acquisition of ASC expands RapidFire’s Texas security and fire alarm service area to now include West Texas and serves as a foundation for expanding service offerings for ASC’s customers in the future. This represents the third acquisition in Texas for RapidFire.
Based in El Paso, Texas, Advanced Security Contractors was founded in 1998 as a fire protection and security contractor by Virginia & Michael Robinson and Thomas Silva. ASC sells, installs, services, and monitors access control, video surveillance, fire and intrusion systems. According to the announcement, ASC has grown from a small local family business to a thriving entity with talented IT, design, service, and installation teams. All ASC employees remain dedicated to delivering the exceptional service customers have come to know and trust, while also contributing to RapidFire’s expansion in Texas and New Mexico, the announcement continued.
