Qdoba is expanding its footprint of both traditional and non-traditional locations.
Qdoba Mexican Eats is continuing its massive expansion plans.
The fast-casual Mexican chain has announced the addition of 33 new locations to its development pipeline, bringing the total number of restaurant commitments to more than 500. Through several major franchise agreements, Qdoba will soon grow its footprint in the Northeast, Midwest and beyond.

In the Northeast, PFGS, LLC is set to develop 15 Qdoba locations across the Springfield, Mass. and Hartford, Conn. markets. The group is also a multi-unit franchise owner, operating multiple KFC and Dunkin’ locations.
Empire Inc. has committed to developing 10 Qdoba locations in the greater Columbus, Ohio, market. The group brings extensive franchise and restaurant experience as multi-unit franchisees of Subway, Dunkin’, and Wing Snobs, managing more than 100 restaurants across multiple states. Also in the Midwest, Roaring Forks, LLC will add to their portfolio of more than 60 Qdoba locations, planning three more restaurants in Rockford, Ill.
