LAS VEGAS—Nanodems, a provider of physical security information management (PSIM) software, recently presented its latest product innovations at the ISC West 2025.

According to the company, interest in its PSIM solutions during ISC West 2025 drew strong interest from security professionals, integrators, and enterprise customers.

“Visitors were especially impressed with how easily they could identify issues with thousands of devices using our Health Check module, and how naturally they could navigate complex infrastructure with our 3D interface,” says Asli Citak, marketing manager at Nanodems. “These features align with our mission to make PSIM not just powerful, but also user-friendly and highly visual.”

A Closer Look at Nanodems’ New PSIM Platform Features

At this year’s event, Nanodems showcased two features it calls game-changing additions to its critical event management PSIM platform: AI-Powered Health Check and security-focused digital twins. The company states that both of these newly introduced features are designed to improve the way organizations monitor and manage complex security environments.

Nanodems points out that Health Check offers real-time insights into the operational status of all connected security devices, including cameras, DVRs, access control units, and sensors. The PSIM feature’s dashboard provides instant visibility into device performance, offline status, and fault history, allowing IT and security teams to proactively resolve issues before they escalate into bigger problems.

The newly introduced security-focused digital twin feature within the PSIM platform is a tool powered by 3D maps within the NDIS platform. The Digital twins feature Nanodems continues, offers users a visualized way to monitor their environments. Through the tool, operators can navigate through floors; they can zoom into specific zones, and users can instantly view device statuses or trigger events. This spatial awareness is said to enhance response times and supports faster decision-making during critical incidents.
