Officers responded to the Target at 200 Promenade Blvd. on a report of a man masturbating in front of another customer, Bridgewater police said in a release.
Two hours prior, he had masturbated in front of a customer at the same Target without them realizing, police said.
The man arrived and exited the parking lot in a black Tesla SUV, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call Det. Van Doren at gvandoren@bridgewaternj.gov or by phone at (908) 722-4111 ext. 4189.
