An Ohio-based quick-service pizza franchise is streamlining the phone ordering process with a little help from artificial intelligence.
Donatos Pizza is implementing a new ordering system from Revmo AI that will automate its phone orders. Rollout to all 174 Donatos restaurants across multiple states is expected to be completed by May 2025.
The company anticipates that Revmo’s AI-based voice ordering technology will enhance the customer experience and increase order conversions, ultimately driving revenue across its locations nationwide.
After comparing capabilities across other voice AI solutions for restaurants, Donatos found Revmo’s platform to best meet its requirements for improving customer experience and boosting conversion rates.
One key feature of the solution is its proprietary “Insano Mode” voice engine, which delivers a human-like conversational experience. The platform also handles complex tasks, including secure credit card processing over the phone and automatic coupon recognition and application.

Donatos is also fully integrating the Revmo AI ordering system into its existing POS platform.
