A liquidation sale is due to be held and the chain’s first-ever location will slam shut at the end of June, per Global News.

The prices of goods will be cut to as low as $25, as reported by Daily Hive.

Bosses have confirmed discount sales will start on June 14.

The owner of the store lamented the scourge of crime as she revealed the store’s window had been smashed several times.

“We’ve had our window broken our 10 or 12 times,” owner Courtney Watkins told the outlet.

“I feel like the final straw happened a while ago but then I kept holding on.”

She despaired at the prospect of closing the store.

“It really was our first real store,” she added.

Watkins revealed that her car had been targeted and thieves stole items.

This is despite bosses rolling out measures designed to combat crime.

Chiefs put bars on the windows and had a buzzer-entry system for shoppers.

Mine and Yours is a renowned luxury reseller in Canada and shoppers can pick up Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Prada items.

Shoppers can donate unwanted items for cash.

The chain has other stores in Vancouver and Toronto.

Watkins has revealed why she created the brand more than a decade ago.

“We empowered a community who invest in themselves, their closets, and the environment,” she said.

Watkins claimed the store has helped create an elevated secondhand shopping experience.

She has since revealed the company will continue to prioritize its newer outlets as well as its website.

Mine and Yours is not the only chain that has closed or is shuttering outlets due to crime.
