
Four DC teens face multiple charges following a series of break-ins in Arlington, targeting a range of businesses from restaurants to medical offices.
ARLINGTON, Va. — Four DC teens are facing charges after a flurry of break-ins in Arlington’s Pentagon City neighborhood.
The suspects – three boys and one girl – face five counts of burglary and five counts of conspiracy.
One of the suspects, who had electronics, will also face grand larceny charges, police say.
Arlington County police responded to a scene in the 1200 block of South Hayes Street around 1:20 a.m. on Dec. 30.
Investigators believe the quartet broke into a closed restaurant and stole cash from the register.
They also found evidence of break-ins at another restaurant and a retail store on South Fern Street and a salon in the 1200 block of South Hayes Street.
Police also believe electronics were stolen from a medical office in the 1400 block of South Hayes Street.
They found the suspects in a building in the 1600 block of South Eads Street and determined that they didn’t live there before arresting them.
