
CHICAGO (WLS) — Four people were charged in the fatal stabbing of a man in the Loop, Chicago police said Tuesday.

Samuel Alvarado Moreno, 23, is one of the four charged. The other three are all teenagers.

Moreno was charged with one felony count of criminal damage to government property.
A 14-year-old boy was charged with one count of felony murder, another 14-year-old boy was charged with one count of armed robbery and a 16-year-old boy was charged with one county of first degree murder and a felony county of mob action.

Chicago police said the man was found unresponsive in the Loop’s 200-block of South Wabash Avenue around 7:20 a.m. Sunday.
The victim, who suffered an apparent puncture wound to his body, was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
ABC7 has been told the victim was a man experiencing homelessness.
Chicago police have not released a motive in the attack.
