Regional Asset Protection Manager

The Regional Asset Protection Manager is responsible for leading Asset Protection strategies and execution across a defined region. This role partners closely with field leadership to drive shrink reduction, improve safety, and ensure consistent execution of Asset Protection programs across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing investigations, identifying trends, and implementing solutions that address both internal and external theft. The role also focuses on developing and coaching Asset Protection teams while reinforcing accountability to company standards and performance metrics.

The pay range for this position is between $120,000.00 – $135,000.00.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Asset Protection programs across the region
  • Partner with operations leadership to reduce shrink and improve safety outcomes
  • Conduct and oversee investigations involving theft, fraud, and organized retail crime
  • Analyze data and reporting to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards
  • Drive execution of physical security and loss prevention initiatives
  • Develop and coach field Asset Protection teams

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners. Candidates are expected to have experience in multi-unit retail environments and a background in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Safety, or Security.

Travel is required throughout the assigned region.
