This is the despicable moment a man is seen creepily filming up a woman’s skirt and following her around a grocery store in California.
The video was captured on surveillance footage at the shop near Peach and Belmont avenues in Fresno around noon on Fourth of July.
It comes after a similar incident sparked fury in a Whole Foods in Los Angeles County when a man was caught on camera rubbing his genitals on a woman.
The clip showed a suspect in a New York Yankees cap, white shirt, dark shorts, and white shoes. He’s seen flipping his phone upside down and following the woman, who identified herself as a salon owner.
Throughout the grocery store, the man could be seen following the woman from a wall-refrigerated section to a middle aisle.

In one moment, he is seen looking at items in the refrigerated section next to the woman before leaning all the way over behind her with his phone in his hand.
In another frame, he’s seen following her through an aisle. She stops to select an item, and the man wanders behind her. As she moves on, he continues to follow her.
The woman appears to realize the man is following her at one point, stopping and stepping out of the middle of the aisle.
The creep plays it off and stares at items on the shelf. She looks in his direction and walks toward him before the man leans behind her again, with her avoiding him this time.
She then turns around and fast-walks out of the aisle.
The victim says she is disturbed by what should have been a normal shopping experience.
“I never expected that a simple trip to the grocery store would turn into such a disturbing experience. What happened to me is a reminder that us women should remain aware of their surroundings,” the woman told YourCentralValley.com.
The grocery store victim says she hopes other women speak up if they encounter such creepy behavior.
“It’s unfortunate that we have to think about our safety while doing something as routine as shopping, but incidents like this show how important it is to stay alert and trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, speak up, seek help, and report it immediately,” she said.
The woman chose to stay anonymous.
The Fresno Police Department said a general incident report will be written but could not confirm any additional details, according to YourCentralValley.com.
