MELBOURNE, Fla. – A man was arrested following an investigation into multiple lewd acts committed inside a Dollar Tree, Melbourne police said.
According to an arrest report, Blake Walker Jones, 25, was reported on July 20 to have touched one female victim and committed lewd acts toward two separate women while inside the store at 4900 N. Wickham Rd.

One victim stated that Jones intentionally grabbed her buttocks as he walked past her in a narrow aisle and exposed himself. Another witness observed Jones masturbating openly in the store aisles, police said.

The suspect was seen walking around the store for about 25 minutes without purchasing before leaving in a white Ford Taurus, the arrest report states.
On Aug. 18, Jones returned to the same Dollar Tree and was again observed masturbating while watching female customers. Store management confronted him, and he quickly left the premises. Video evidence from the store helped identify Jones and his vehicle, police said.
Jones has a prior criminal history, including convictions for domestic violence-related battery and strangulation in Texas and Colorado.
He was arrested on Sept. 30 and charged with felony battery and exposure of sexual organs in public.
Jones appeared in bond court on Wednesday. He was ordered not to return to the incident location, and no victim contact. His next hearing is on Oct. 23.
