Don brings decades of leadership experience and a deep commitment to integrity and operational excellence. Before stepping into this new role, he served as Director – Finance Technology for Walmart Global Tech, and previously spent over four years as Director of Ethics at Tyson Foods.

A seasoned Walmart veteran, Don has held multiple high-impact positions over his 34+ year career with the company—including roles in Responsible Sourcing Investigations, Global Security, and Asset Protection. His service as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps further reflects his dedication to duty and leadership.
