Roxanne Weng has been tapped to succeed Mike Kindy as Dollar Tree’s chief supply chain officer.
Dollar Tree Inc. has appointed a new leader to its C-suite.
The discount chain has announced that chief supply chain officer Mike Kindy will retire, and that Roxanne Weng has been hired to replace him. Weng most recently served as VP of creative operations at packaging and shipping supplies company Uline. She had previously spent 30 years in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility at Walgreens, including as chief supply chain officer from 2021 to 2023.
“I am delighted to welcome Roxanne to the Dollar Tree executive leadership team,” said Mike Creedon, CEO of Dollar Tree. “With three decades of distinguished leadership across supply chain strategy, logistics optimization, and distribution network management, her proven expertise aligns perfectly with the Dollar Tree growth trajectory.”
Kindy joined the company in May 2023 and played an “integral role” in advancing Dollar Tree’s supply chain initiatives, according to the company. Prior to joining Dollar Tree, Kindy spent more than 12 years as executive VP of global supply chain at Dollar General.
