AdaptToSolve, which opened 19 years ago, employs more than 70 employees across seven branch offices in Georgia.
ANDOVER, Mass. — Integrated security, communication and life safety systems provider Minuteman Security & Life Safety has acquired LaGrange, Ga.-based security technology integrator AdaptToSolve, its third acquisition since July.
With the acquisition of AdaptToSolve, which covers the state of Georgia, Minuteman “achieves full geographic coverage of the U.S. East Coast,” according to the joint announcement.
The combined company’s engineers and field technicians now operate from 27 office locations on the East Coast and its program management office supports national and global rollouts.
AdaptToSolve “has been delivering security technology solutions for 19 years under the leadership of president Doyle Hagler,” the joint announcement says. The company employs more than 70 employees across seven branch offices in Georgia.
Hagler and the entire AdaptToSolve team “will continue to grow the firm’s operations and support client relationships,” according to the joint announcement.
Why Minuteman Security Acquired AdaptToSolve

The combination was effective Oct. 18.
